Dilution of Gel Company Fluorescein Ladder : 50 to 400 bp for Manual Acrylamide Gels

To make 350 ul total (aliquotted into 10 small tubes):

In a tube, add

30 ul H2O

10 ul ladder

300 ul

Mix and aliquot into 10 small tubes

This dilution is adequate to be visible without agarose-overlay staining when loading 1 ul of diluted ladder to a well.  If you are going to use an agarose-overlay, you can dilute this dilution 1:1 with more loading dye.
