1X Tris- "low" EDTA (TLE) pH 8.0

Add 10 mL of 1M Tris-HCl (pH 8.0)  and 0.2 mL of 0.5M EDTA (pH 8.0). to 989.8 (990) ml of ddH20. Filter with 0.5 micron filter and autoclave.
