1X Tris-EDTA (TE) pH 8.0

Add 10 mL of 1M Tris-HCl (pH 8.0)  and 2 mL of 0.5M EDTA (pH 8.0). to 988 ml of ddH20. Filter with 0.5 micron filter and autoclave.
