10X TBE(1.1M Tris; 900mM Borate; 25mM EDTA; pH 8.3)
****Note: Boric acid dissolves at a pH around 7. One may alternate between
adding Trizma Base & Boric acid. Dissolve the EDTA first.****
To 2.5L H2O add:

- Dissolve and bring pH to 8.3
- Dilute to 4L
- Filter into 5 "One-Shot" bottles of 800ml each and autoclave.
To make 1X TBE:
- Pour entire one-shot into 8L carboy
- fill to 8L mark with dH2O
